Email Orders And Shipping Updates Throughout The Pandemic Changes to shipping

I have had a couple of messages via customers who have been unable to process shipping at the checkout when in fact shipping has been going to their countries. If you experience any problems during the checkout with shipping please contact me.
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout for your country in my store by Australia Post.
If you have any problems due to coronavirus please message me.
Some air freight flights are intermittent, so freight won’t calculate at checkout
I have to manually process it & book your package on a flight from the Post Office itself direct due to covid-19 limitations.
As Air Flights in and out reduce in number getting packagings out by air is becoming more complicated but not impossible yet!

EMAIL ORDERS:
Often to if you place an email order I can often organise to get you a better price with shipping so also feel free to consider placing an email order with us.
There are only four steps to an Email Order, the process is;
- You the customer. Email us your order
- We Email Company Invoice back to you
- Payment PayPal or Debit card by customer
- We Email you a receipt for your order payment and include the tracking number of your parcel, so you and we are able to see where your parcel is located.
