Shipping Policy

Where possible I use Australia post with Express, Standard, Air & Sea parcel services, however on some items to obtain them cheaper for you they are shipped from the manufacturers shipping choice. This is noted at the checkout & descriptions where possible.

Goods sent by other shipping companies OTHER than Australia Post I will NOT be held responsible for them.

All refunds if accepted will have shipping costs taken out of them, you the customer are responsible for return shipping costs unless noted & shipping costs on outgoing products are deducted from your purchase order, your return must also include your packing slip & payment details please.

Please contact us the day after receipt of your delivery to let us know of your reason for being unhappy. Returns must contain original as new packaging, with the receipts for payment & packing slip included with your order and will be returned at the customers expense unless noted the item has the option of return shipping including at the checkout.

Should the goods be sent back in an unsuitable manner I will also NOT be held responsible for them, you the customer must make ensure our goods are returned/sent to us in as new condition within 7 days of delivery.

With using Australia post a tracking number is applied to your order for you to track your parcel, please ensure your order in case of loss or damage as we will not be held responsible for goods shipped with insurance.

We are also not responsible for any packages delivered to the wrong address if your PayPal details or postal address details are not CORRECT so please check them before paying at the checkout via online or email ordering facilities.
