Free Pattern Vintage Newborn Beanie Printable Pattern

This Pom Pom Newborn Hat is an easy baby hat knitting pattern.

Knitted in stockinette stitch, this knitted baby hat is simple enough for beginners to get the hang of quickly and easy enough for advanced knitters to finish in an evening.

Because this is such a quick knitting pattern, it’s also a perfect charity knitting project.

Originally designed to be donated to hospitals, this free knitting pattern is offered in newborn size, so it would make the perfect gift for a brand new baby. Or knit these hats for charity and feel good about your knitting project.

Although many hats are knit in the round on circular needles, for these very tiny hats I decided to create a simple straight needle pattern with a seam, so this pattern is able to be knitted flat on single points or circular needles.
