Hi Everyone,
I have had a mass of enquiries this week in regarding postage of goods to the United States and Canada this week. It seems the app isn't working on the website due to Australia Posts Limited Flights with high demands and Shopify itself. However I can Post out from australia directly from my local post office!

When in fact I can send Parcel to both Canada & the United States even through flights are limited.If you want to place an overseas order and it WONT ALLOW YOU TO PROCESS THE ORDER, through the checkout it is because of the coronavirus outbreak in the countries around the world plus delivery delays and difficulties.

The following is the process for me to deliver products worldwide due to the Coronavirus-19 Pandemic:

  •   1. Please email me your order direct to:

  •   2. Include Your Details
  I will also need your Name, Full Address, Post code and Country. Plus your phone number and Email.
  • 3. Product Details You Need To Include are:
Product name and id number if their
Example;
Knit Pro Natural Ball Winder KP35005 Yarn Accessory Tool. The number in the product name is the number your customs need KP35005 to let the product into your country so you recieve your product.
  • 4. Payment Process;
I will email an invoice for you to pay,
A. Once i know I can definitely deliver to your country so I know your getting your products,
B. Once payment has been made and your payment has cleared either through my bank or Paypal I will THEN post your product to you. Stripe has extra security operating at the moment and it can take up to six days for your payment to cles, Paypal is taking  3 - 4 Days and my Bank Account Via Direct Debit is 3 to 4 Days as well.
C. I am currently looking at putting a world wide operating system in here soon for taking payments.
  • 5. Coronavirus Delays;
Due to the current coronavirus pandemic here in Australia, t can take me a couple of days to get your product onto to a flight. It is taking me twice a day at the post office at the moment to get orders out but YES
DELIVERIES ARE GOING OUT STILL GOING OUT !
i JUST CAN NOT DO IT FROM THE SHOPIFY APP OR AUSTRAL POST APP. i have to post directly out from my local post office due to the pandemic and extra demand on limited air freight flights.
  • 6. For Some Reason;
Shopify & Australia Post both have extra security operating due to scams and people doing the wrong thing. SO my checkout to hasn't been working properly either which is why Im here now as from talking to someone who had the sense to contact me I found out the problems with it.
I do apologize for these problems as well but they are out of my hands due to the coronavirus pandemic which is constantly changing every day here in Australia again plus there are extra postage delays getting stock out on flight due to high volume demand and limited flights.
  • 7. SO, stock can still be sent out via air and sea plus standardized fright to your country, but you WILL NEED TO EMAIL your order THROUGH TO ME!
  • Please dont give up on this as I would dearly love for you to receive what you would like from our store so you are able to craft.
Thank You to the customer for notifying me of the problems it's lovely when a customer would like a product but the checkout is playing up. It is only from your help I found my shopify app is playing up, and that their are extra security delays are in place by the company, my bank and paypal which to are out of my control at the moment. I look forward to the day when everything will settle again with some normality in our lives.
Until they have a cure let's continue to Craft On and if you would like to purchase something from me and if the checkout is playing up.
