From today I am going to share four knitting patterns that I think made up would be wonderful to make up as gifts for people for their birthdays, friends, family & that special someone. These four face cloth patterns where designed by Georgina Giles from over at he the All about sprout blog website.
The patterns are designed so that they all have a border, in order to frame the pattern and to minimize the cloth curling at the edges of the washcloths that way they sit flat on your bathroom surfaces. They also all use a combination of knit and purl stitches, so they too are really good for beginner knitters to do as their first face washer pattern!
The first pattern this week is called the dashed stripe face washer!
